Stop the Zaklox!

Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Stop the Zaklox! is a game made by Jibrin Sadiq, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it on Android, and when you use this website or email us. Contact: support@quantforge.com.ng.

The short version

What stays on your device

The game saves these things on your phone or tablet so you can carry on where you left off. They are not sent to us or to anyone else:

Removing the game deletes all of this. The game turns off Android’s cloud backup of its data, so none of it is copied to an online backup. (When you move to a new phone, some phones may still copy it directly from the old phone to the new one.) “Start over” in the Hangar deletes your progress but keeps the purchase and the home country.

Purchases

The game is free to download. One in-app purchase, “Full game”, unlocks the rest of the adventure. A grown-up question appears before every purchase and every “Restore purchase”.

The purchase is handled by Google Play under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Google tells the game whether the full game has been bought, refunded or cancelled; the game uses that only to unlock or lock the full game. We don’t receive your name, email address or payment details from Google through the game.

Internet

The game plays offline. It only connects to the internet through Google Play, to show the price, make or restore a purchase and check that a purchase is still valid. This version of the game has no online play and sends no information to our servers. The game’s “Privacy policy” button opens this page in your web browser.

The game does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.

Google Play Billing Library

Purchases work through Google’s Play Billing Library, which is part of the game. Google states that this library logs information about how its functions are used (such as whether they succeed or fail) and about problems connecting to Google Play, to improve the library and help with errors. This information is sent to Google, not to us, and Google’s privacy policy applies to it. The game gives the library only what a purchase needs (which product, and the purchase reference), not your progress, typed names or location.

Children

The game is made for players aged 9 and up. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is nothing in the game that asks for it. The only way out of the game is the “Privacy policy” button, which asks a grown-up question first and then opens this page in the web browser.

Emails to support

If you email support@quantforge.com.ng, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to answer you. ImprovMX, an email forwarding service, passes emails sent to this address on to our own mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Only we read them. Our reply may come from a different email address of ours.

How long we keep information

This website

This website uses no analytics and no content from other websites, and it is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We don’t set any cookies. The website is hosted by DigitalOcean, whose delivery network is run by Cloudflare. Cloudflare sets one security cookie, __cf_bm, which helps it tell people apart from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and Cloudflare says it doesn’t use it to track people from site to site. Like any web host, DigitalOcean and Cloudflare process your device’s IP address to deliver the pages.

Changes

If we change how the game handles information (for example, if a future version adds online play), we will update this policy and the date above before that version is released, and say what changed.

Finding this policy in the game

On the home screen, tap “Sound”, then “Privacy policy”. The unlock card also has a “Privacy” button. A grown-up question comes first, then this page opens in the web browser.
